Due to a lot of no shows or cancellations 5 mins before hand, we will now be taken deposit for appointments. It is not fair on clients that wanted that time slot or on us to lose out. You can pay deposit over the phone or call in to salon, any deposit that is not paid within 24hr will lose their slot .
