24 hour cancellation policy

When an appointment is forgotten or cancelled without enough notice, we lose the chance to fill that time, and clients on our waiting list miss out. Appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance, because we know how easy it is to forget one you booked months ago.

Because the time is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee applies:

• Less than 12 hours' notice: a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service.
• No shows: a charge of 100% of the reserved service.

To change or cancel, use your booking confirmation or ring us on 087 435 8540.

Running late

We will do our best to accommodate you if you are more than 5 minutes late. If there isn't enough time left to carry out the treatment properly, you may need to reschedule.

Your details

If you send us a message or a voucher request through this website, we use your name, phone number, email and message only to reply to you. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't pass your details to anyone else. Online bookings are taken through Treatwell, which has its own privacy policy. This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
